So to do what you need is create two files, one that has the landscape orientation, and one with the Portrait orientation.the collate by hand. And you are correct regardless of what can be set from the ribbon you can only use either Portrait or Landscape, The mac version can't mix. I've tried a test where I changed orientation, of one sheet. Also, as you know many of the volunteers don't live in the Americas. So many are asleep that could answer the question.
